We will accept phones by mail for repair.  You can contact us to get details about your phone, and then mail it in to us.  By Providing us with the information to the right, we can complete the repair, and send the phone back to you.  Depending on the types of repairs and type of Phone we can have it mailed back within as little as One Business day! We service Nextel and Sprint Phones only!

INDUSTRIAL COMMUNICATIONS has built it's company around the service department. We offer repairs on all major two way radio brands; including Motorola, Kenwood, Icom and Vertex. Our turn around time is the best in western Washington and we offer pick up and delivery if needed. If you bring your malfunctioning Nextel unit into our Seattle or Tacoma location, we can usually have it repaired or replaced within ten to twenty minutes. We stock accessories for radios and Nextels at both locations.

Units that do not qualify for Walk-in Express may qualify under Level 1, 2 or 3 for National Service and Repair Pricing. Units may be nonactive on the Nextel System, as long as customer's account is active and in good standing. See your Service and Repair Representative for details. Prices are subject to change without notice.
30-day repair or replacement policy: Customer's repaired or replaced equipment is covered from hardware or software failure for 30 days after repair or replacement at a Nextel Service Center, Nextel Authorized Service Center or Nextel Retail Store. Customers will receive a repaired or replaced unit** at no charge if customer's equipment exhibits software or hardware failure within 30 days from time of original repair. Customer must return to the original repair location for this policy to apply.
* Manufacturer's cost of iUpdate option is not included in Level 1 pricing and is an additional charge. Nextel @ Your Service customers are not covered for cost of iUpdate option from manufacturer.
** Service center determines if equipment is repaired or replaced.
